With so much happening and time flying by, I need a place to jot down the memories we are making along the way. I've tried a journal, scrapbooking, and even a calendar but have failed at keeping them all updated. I figured that since I sit in front of a computer five days a week at my day job I would try blogging.
About Me:
- I am a huge KU Jayhawks fan, and my husband is a KSU Wildcat fan
- I am an animal lover and would pick up every stray I could if the husband let me
- I am constantly carrying a book around with me, trying to sneak in a minute (or two) of reading
- I love to spend my summers outside as much as possible
- kayaking
- fishing
- blowing bubbles or chalk drawings with the two year old
- just sitting outside looking at the stars or reading
- I clean and do laundry to destress and wind down for the day
- I have an addiction to bad reality TV. My favorites to watch are:
- Real Housewives of Orange County & Beverly Hills
- MTV's The Challenge
- My favorite competition reality TV is So You Think You Can Dance and The Voice
- I love to watch movies and can bust out a movie quote to fit any situation
- I am a Harry Potter nerd and cannot wait until my boys are old enough so I can share that with them
- I may or may not have a slight case of OCD
